One of my ex-employees (early 20's, goth type) was into finding out about the weirdest fetishes (like this one) and told me about something called 'cake farting'

Upon me asking wether laxatives were added to said cake to induce wind (clearly, I'm naive) he laughed, and said "No, not at all.. People make big, fancy cakes - then take down their trousers, or hitch up their dress, and squat over them and fart. They even film it..."
