CONKIP loose their appeal in the Supreme Court, its a reminder to them we live in a sovereign democracy, not a dictatorship

Miller should be made Briton of the decade.

I should be posting this on a seperate thread this really isn't about Brexit at all

Yawn... it is purely a procedural judgment and makes not a single jot of difference. We are still leaving the EU, and Article 50 will be triggered by the end of March.

In fairness Neil slaughters most of his interviewees. I think the only ones he shows any mercy to are good looking females.

Surely we have to await the decision of The Daily Mail?

In some ways I quite like this judgement. Holding out hope for the abandonment of the decision to leave the EU will make it all the harder for those precious Europhiles when it ends up an even 'harder' Brexit because of it. :p

This decision will probably change nothing, but it will complicate/possibly delay what the government wants to do. The longer those delays go on...............

what delay? its already been covered that the government could present a one line bill to push this on. Corbyn has said Labour will support any bill to progress declaration of Article 50, so all we'll have is lots of noise from the Scots and followed by invoking Article 50 on 27th March.

It's hillairous how many people still think we live in a democracy and our voices matter, really it is.

More hilarious is the fact that the Brexiteers feel their lives and conditions will actually improve by being out of Europe!

Lib Dems have already said they'll vote no on any bill put forward unless specific demands are met. That is where the delay will come from.

Equally ,if not more hilarious is the fact remainers think that their attempts at delaying will actually stop Brexit happening.
