Surely Palace can't... 16/17

Spoke to a couple of mates who went to Burnley, they felt Palace edged it and deserved a point, that said they are concerned that if they play well against a bottom six side and get nothing what will happens when they play badly against a top six side.
They also moaned that Palace can't put together two good halves (in the same game).
I know this is only gossip but a rumour that Palace are looking for a replacement for Pardew and Klinsmann is in the frame.
Maybe the Klinsmann rumour is coming a step closer.

Since Palace have now spent 7 years in the Premiership and 16 years in the top league against a fat zero and a measly 4 for Albion that makes your situation something like a unicycle trying to stay upright. Thanks to Mr Bloom.

Unicycles DO stay upright though, if they're being controlled by someone who knows what they're doing.

I think you need a better analogy.

Got more chance of staying upright than that ramshackle of a ground you call home.

Those stats must help you sleep at night, safe in the knowledge that you'll still be able to reel them off for some time even as we start bridging the gap. Personally couldn't give a **** though.

The premier league is vastly overrated as you and others have proved time and again. Personally I am not bothered about going up but hope we do for the players and most of all my two boys who've never experienced the top league before. It will be very well deserved after all the difficulties BHA have faced over the past twenty years unlike palace who only got what they didn't deserve. But then life can be unfair, I accept that, but there is no honour, no glory for palace mark 3, only the remains of shattered businesses and creditors that your sorry little club has trodden on, on its way to the 'top'.

Why spoil the fun ?
But if you want to know, the players sold ( Palace) came to around £40 mill, so a net spend of around £15 mill.

Serious question, not a dig, who have sold for £40 mill ?, I can only think of Jedinek and Gayle, apologies for my lack of knowledge.

I seem to remember a lot of people saying that Gayle was not worth what we paid for him, seems to be doing okay.

We only have one problem, Pardew. Get rid of him and we will be more than okay again.

.

Dwight Gayle plays for Newcastle. Not sure how his 'doing okay' is going to keep you up?

It won't, but it will keep you off top spot. Good enough for me.

I'm far more confident of us being in the premier league than Brighton next season, we just have a clueless manager.

1. Keeping us off top spot, doesn't stop us going up, though.

2. Glad that Brighton not winning a title is 'good enough' for you, as a season goal. Personally I like my own team to not be shit, but each to their own.

3. As you should be. Statistically, right now, you are far more likely to be in the Prem next season than we are. For now.
