Oh I nearly forgot.

Jiri struggled through his post match interview, speaking very well despite the obvious language problems.

He then kicked into full Julio Geordio with words to the effect of:-

'I play well thanks to the gaffer putting me into the team'.

 LEGEND

He's bang average. My heart sinks every time the ball is played into space on to his wing - we know what's coming, there's no way he can beat a man so we have to be grateful that he stops, manages to keep possession and plays the ball backwards or inside, all impetus in any break lost.

Praying we have Solly back soon so we can start attacking down both wings and not relying totally on Knocky to stretch teams

Am I missing the irony in this post or have you missed the 4 assists from the last 6 goals?

Not sure if serious. The last few games i've felt we've been more dangerous down the left with skalak/bong than our normal knocky/bruno combo on the right.

Never beats a man? Not with pace no, but he's won plenty of corners and supplied many crosses, usually by cutting inside. His dead ball delivery is also extremely useful.

The fact you are ignorant of his quite obvious strengths is baffling.

3 assists today would suggest otherwise...
Well I'm not doing that usually crappy argument thing of saying he offers nothing (his work finding space for the second goal was good) but moments of attacking quality like that are just too rare - I think we will need more than his solid virtues to claim top 2.
If you recall Solly's pre injury form and compare and contrast - is there really a choice?

Excellent wind up, you certainly conned others into thinking this is serious.

I don't even know who you are so you can take a break or not, the outcome appears the same :)

Don't forget KLL was tearing up trees before his injury and came back shite, no guarantee Solly will come back at the same level as prior to his injury!

Isn't that a different argument? If Solly returns to the form he had for a period of what, 6 games? Then yes, he would be the preferred choice, but that is testament to just how well he was playing and doesn't equate to Skalak being 'bang average'.

Quite right Knocky is hanging onto his spot by his fingernails :)

He needs to work on beating his man, but he is arguably the best crosser in the squad, and has great positioning sense and vision. March is a very different player but probably is a better player if he continues his pre injury form.
I would personally alternate them depending on who we are playing.
