Wouldn't be surprising, but if it was that imminent I would have thought a respected journo would have jumped on it by now, nothing from either Brighton or Burnley to suggest it's happening any time soon.

I certainly hope we do not sell an irreplaceable first team player and get back one of our rejects, that if I recall correctly half this forum was more than happy to see the back of.
I'm not against Barnes returning but think there are better options, though some on this board seem obsessed with re-signing ex-players all the time. Something to consider though, would Barnes want to return here after the abuse he used to received from certain sections of our fans, I'd be surprised.
