Don't forget there are thousands upon thousands of jihadists who are happy to carry out executions,attacks etc in the name of religion.

I would agree that there are also only a few right wing nutters. I take your point though, a few is probably not the right phrase. A tiny minority is probably more accurate so I have edited my post.

I figure is estimated at somewhere around 100,000 from what I have read. I said less that .5 % I should have said far less than .5%. Around 0.005% is more accurate.

Either way my point stands, blaming all religious people for the actions of a tiny minority is moronic.

Yep sadly our political class have determined that we should all bend over backwards to accommodate all and sundry whether they share or have any respect for the values that have made this nation the stable tolerant wealthy country that is attractive to immigrants. Interesting that it's 11 years since the last major successful attack here, but the attacks on the continent seen to be becoming if not a daily, certainly a weekly occurrence. Obvious to all apart from those who are determined not to see, that these are happening since Merkel opened the borders and encouraged anyone who wanted to call themselves a refugee, to come into Europe. Despite what happened in Cologne on NYE, plenty of fools stick their heads in the sand and believe they will all happily integrate and assume Western Liberal values despite all the evidence to the contrary

This may seem a bit of a shock to you, but most people dont care if its 1% or 99% are blood crazed murders, this is a straw man argument. What they care about is the impact/risk on their lives and those of their loved ones and whether its increasing or decreasing.
