I have noticed the 'leftie pro EU' are beginning to use ridiculous hypocritical arguments or abuse now. Scare tactics? More like pathetic attention seeking toddler behaviour.

I'm pro Europe but the more I listen to Cameron talking rubbish, patronising the general public, and telling us we should stay in because of the half-arsed negotiations he's involved in, I'm feeling inspired to vote 'Out' just because Cam says to vote In.

Maybe that's what he wants me to think though- his grand plan to get us out of the EU is to put himself at the forefront of the 'In' campaign..

Play the long game, if we vote out you'll have to put up with far more strident Tories post-Cameron

Sorry chaps. It's down to this (and we have all read and heard it) as soon as The German,s etc say that we need and want The UK to be partner.s in Europe. Then you know the answer.

When is Cameron going to reveal his poker hand!! He is going to struggle to keep all his party happy with too many anti EU MPs in his party. Troubling times for the conservative party just a big shame the Labour party are being led by someone that is unelectable.

I find myself torn here as I have lived in France with my English wife and kids for the last 15 years (though in that time I was working in the UK and commuting, until my retirement in 2014). It would obviously be in my personal interests to vote IN, but as a British citizen, I do feel that Britain is more than capable, after the initial difficulty of extracting herself from the EU, of excelling on her own. The EU needs the UK more than Britain needs the EU. The British are a resourceful and dynamic nation and if we leave, it may just be the beginning of a positive new period in British history. Heart says OUT head (due to my personal circumstances) says IN so I guess I am still on the fence at this time.

We are currently applying for duel nationality. The paperwork is insane, but it may well be the best insurance policy I've ever taken out. If we get both passports then I would go for the OUT vote as I believe it would be better for the UK long term

Like Labour or anyone else will win an election any time soon! I did not vote tory.

Exactly - so do you want the progressive 'light blue' Tories, or your classic born-to-rule brexit Tory? If we vote out I think the next Tory leader will be rather more conservative than the current top tier.

I'm generally pro Europe, but the thought of Dave being at the forefront of a losing vote in the referendum is a very strong incentive to vote out!

What I want is a cohesive thinking non career politico who has THIS country at his/her/things best interest. I don't care if they are blue, red, yellow or even bleeding rainbow hued! Self control first. Compromise later. That is it. Simple.

I suspect there's a fair few who feel exactly the same. We'll beggar the country but at least Dave will look stupid.

So in a nutshell, your strategy is to get yourself an EU passport, carry on living in the EU and then vote for the UK to bugger off?

Theresa May? William Hague?
l

Theresa May is only backing IN because the only wins we have negotiated are her foreign criminal rules and deportation veto. She is the only Tory who has got 100% of what she wanted.

Hague is angling for an elder statesman legacy.
