It still amazes me sometimes that players can play 90 minutes and have 1.9 shots or 1.3 successful crosses in an average game.
Just shows the difference in defending and quality between the professional game and Sunday league where a player would probably have 5-6 shots minimum a game. I realise that the quality increase is obvious, but seeing as that is the level I have player at there is always a sense of - what? Only a 1 whole shot a game?
Also - should probably mention that this is very well deserved, he was superb before the injury and it's good to see an outside viewpoint on him
