Thanks for that I missed that as I was being abused so much (very NSC) I could try this route but what if the club say to the bank we have no proof of cancellation they will just come back to me again, I just want the club to view me as a loyal customer with plenty of spend ahead and judge me on that, I am interested to hear from someone to know if they really value me because that is key to my future relationship with the club.

You have previously said the club has a record of you calling a lad (you say to cancel your DD, but the club can't say why you called). The lad has left the club (the club will know why but won't tell you for confidentiality reasons), and you say you have a record of purchasing other seats in the ground this season with your family. Can't see why the club would come back to you again as it has to abide by the DD indemnity guarantee.

Would have thought your number one priority is to get your £300 back. After that, if the club wants to apologise to you it will and that would be a bonus. Just don't be like some people who would claim the DD payment back from the Bank ( who have to be reimbursed by the Club under the DD indemnity scheme), and also claim directly from the Club leaving it to be hit by a "double whammy". This would be the only reason that the Club could justifiably get back to you to if you reclaimed the £300 twice.

Millionaires rarely notice the odd £40 out of the bank account.

after 10 pages, think you've made a prat of yourself and probably realised not to air your grievances on here ??

Doesn't dver check his back account or notice £40 a month missing but deletes his emails on a regular basis... There's a certain irony to that you have to say.

As I pointed out earlier. My current account has x going in every month by DD and x going out each month by dd , I get a text every Friday and just check that it is within a certain balance give or take £500 - 600. I would say that this is low maintenance and organised if you can think of a better time managed way please help me. As for deleting emails you get millions when you run a business, so regular deleting is a must.

Can I just remind you you're a middle aged man who still wears a football shirt, has a shed and lives in Chichester. VERY gangster.

But please do keep up the hard man act.

Hey Mouldy have you changed your Avatar because of this comment? And I disagree with Butch.......It is VERY gangster to have a shed. I know I have one and they don't come more gangster than me!:tantrum:

Indeed...I think the song "where were you when we were really shit" should be sung in this instance.

Nice, fallen into the trap of copying a brain dead poster. Hereford, priestfield were we shit enough then?

I can confirm that the club has NOT lost the plot.
I was called today by the customer support team after looking for my confirmation of cancellation it has now been found it was lost in a black hole.
So the club have done the RIGHT thing and fully refunded me which was always going to make sense.

I have new restored faith in their customer services and how they rate me as a fan / Customer, which only means more long term spending in their pockets.
I apologise to the lady in question for calling her R2-D2 she does have a personality and was prepared to do the right thing when required, good luck with your future with the Albion we are all one big family.............................apart from Some losers on this thread.

Why not demonstrate that faith by taking out a season ticket!?

Because my family are now at an age they want to go more often so to have one seat would not work.
Be sure the fact they acted and nipped this in a bud I will want to spend it back with them and much more in the future.
It was never about the cash all about collecting payments for a product that I was not using after cancelling that product.

Rubbish That isn't what you said in your first post. It all came down to you gobbing off about Hughton and everything else was just an excuse. Quite a few of your posts are very much anti Hughton.

At the end of the day you have made yourself look a tit.

I didn't like CH negative football last season for the amount of time the Albion take from my family decided his style was not worth full time viewing, so yes it was directly related to CH, however my family want to come more often so I was always going to pick a few matches for them and some extra ones for me.
Not really sure why I need to explain myself to a TIT like you thou.

I cancelled my season ticket with the club last season due to the negative style of Chris Hughton (cue giggling at the back)

But also because i wanted to bring the whole family occasionally, nevertheless spending at least what i did last season if not plenty more but just less often and around the stadium instead. So the CLUB WINS.

Just found out that to my HORROR the club have continually been taking my season ticket money out of my current account since i cancelled in March 2015.

So i called the club this morning and had a lengthy conversation with a programmed SUPPORT (now that's a laugh) service personnel lets call them R2-D2.

When i originally cancelled i had a follow up call from a pleasant young lad that understood my reason for cancelling and he did his best to persuade me otherwise but he understood that i would be coming back to the stadium less often but with more potential spend. (this nice lad has now left the club apparently)

I was sent a survey monkey questionnaire which i filled in and submitted back to the club.

R2-D2 said they have no record of it, i have checked all my emails and can not find there confirmation as i must have deleted it.

So R2-D2 will not open her mind to see of potential LOSS OF INCOME FOREVER even though she has evidence that i told the nice young lad in her CRM that i was cancelling and she is refusing to refund me without me providing evidence of a confirmation email which i don't now have.

Where is the common sense in rubbing a life long CUSTOMER up the wrong way by NOT returning my funds.

What would you do??? :censored::censored::censored:

This is quite a rant before giving the club a real chance to fix it - which they have according to your post. Reminds of the tripadvisor reviews where people immediately take to social media to complain like hell about missing soap or late room service without giving the hotel a chance to deal with it. I mean, you use capital letters, insult the staff and everything. All seems a bit unnecessary.

CH inherited a complete pigs ear of a squad marooned at the arse-end of the table, and his remit was simply to keep us up. If you were actually expecting attractive, expansive, adventurous flowing football to get us away from that bottom 3 trapdoor then of course you'd be disappointed - but I think your expectations were probably a little skewed. By the time CH arrived, the season was a complete write-off, a case of damage limitation. He limited the damage, and now he's had a chance to assemble his own squad we're reaping the rewards.

Shame you bailed out before giving him that chance.

I would probably wait and see what they do about it before shooting my mouth off - but hey, that's just me :D

Most shocking thing in the whole story is 'Hughtons negative style of play'. I didn't see it last season and I've not seen it this season - closest I've seen is several comments from disgruntled Norwich fans? Myth.

The club has fixed the situation and I respect they made a mistake the case is now closed. It's a win win scenario what is better than that?

Giving the club the chance to fix it before launching the rant in the first place probably.
