Sadly not allowed, you'll just have to wait and hope he doesn't go before it reaches you (and then swear and curse like the rest of us when that choice gets picked by someone else before you get the chance)

That's not something that happened on previous drafts. Wouldn't that just muddy the waters and make the order more confusing, when we've already got people missing their pick and having to catch up, or picking someone that's already been taken and having to redraft
