I think we might have been doing this as well. I am not sure we can do it properly and I think the players are more ingrained into a Poyet system.

My vote is NOT for Hughton or his style.
Against Millwall, we needed more movement up front from the midfielders. We made it too easy for Millwall to defend. Wrong team selection?

I think we are losing all the good things about Poyet and not getting anything in return for it.

Thinking outside the box: I would like to see us employ a specialist "attacking coach" as part of the team.
