The Fatherland
I signed up around the time of the Chumbawumba song, and the name fitted my internet style. I added the Teutonic twist in 2007 when I first moved to Deutschland.

Spun Cuppa

Thanks Greens :(
Me and a couple of mates were in Marseille at France '98, and had had a bit of a run in with some Arabs. We were sitting at a cafe having some tea when a truckload of SRC turned up and started giving us grief. We kept our cool, smiled a lot, and when they realised we weren't going to reciprocate, they mooched off. To this day we call it the afternoon of the Spun Cuppa :)

The original name of The Pogues. I am not a big fan of the group, but like the fact that their original name means "Kiss my arse" in Gaelic.

And you can pogue mahone.

Boring By Sea
I am not a Plummer and I know nothing about safe gas installation.
This however was a song I was playing at the time I signed on.

'In the kingdom of the blind, the one eyed man is king. In the kingdom of the bland, its nine o'clock on ITV'
