Yet, but I do get the feeling things are on the change.

How about the 40k stadium that was announced in all its glory on national tv 4 years ago, have the plans been passed yet. Lots of gloating went on then.

All we have seen so far is plastic cladding.

Whereas you and your fellow fans never gloat about anything?
Exactly. Brighton and palace are rivals. One would expect gloating when another has misfortune whatever has happened in the past. Beats me why palace come on a rivals forum and cry that some Brighton fans are saying nasty things about their club.

Do Skysports only take the votes from the club they are polling? Makes it a pretty flawed poll.

And all the gloating from Brighton fans. When will you learn? Everytime you gloat we go and do something better than fans of either of our teams expect...where as you get to the semi final of the playoffs, go out to a better team and then have your manager walk out claiming there is a ceiling at the club...

We sign some fantastic players...you appoint Warnock. Is that really better than you expect?

Indeed you have, but you have also lost some good. I would not go as far as fantastic either tbh. Now Tex is a fantastic player and provided he does not have a bad injury or get all all Billy big bollox and buy a Lamborghini he will go on to be better than Vicente was. But he is only on loan, so you need to make the season you have him count. Holla and Colunga I do not know enough about to comment but colunga is meant to be good.
Warnock, I truly believe he is the best fit that we can get and the closest manager to Pulis. Insofar as he will get the players playing and more importantly fighting, God knows how Zaha will get on with him but if he can go back to his old self then he will open teams up and create goals.
Warnock was relegated with Sheffield, but the team he has now is superior to his team that was relegated then.

As for all this relegation talk so what? We will only be where you are now or you may even pass us, maybe then you will all realise that reality that even with the television money its still hard to survive in the Premier and realistically there are 3/4 teams who may get top spot, 6/7 teams who may get champions league football and the rest are basically playing for survival. Its not all its cracked up to be. Yeah the excitement is good, the opposition are good. But you sort of live with the fact that unless a miracle happens you are still only battling for survival , that sort of takes the polish off a bit. Coupled with the fact that whilst I may be driving home thoroughly depressed the players whom I watched are driving home to their mansions in their 150k plus cars grinning from ear to ear regardless.
Now you may all think that for the mighty Brighton it will not be like that because ofmthe attendance's, stadium, academy etc well enjoy your dream whilst it lasts.

He goes on about us losing two managers, when they are on their sixth (without counting temps) in the 4 years Pinocchio has been in charge.

Well 5th actually, Hart was only bought in as Temp. Burley ( awful had to go) Freedman ( Walked when big money was offered elsewhere ) Holloway ( shame but looked shattered and out of his depth) Pullis ( wanted to spend to much money I guess? ) and now Warnock ( lets wait and see before we slag him off IMO )

And I know you lot probably and rightly dont give a toss, but lets get fact right.

How is that Spanish flair working out for you?

Great actually, Colderon and Bruno playing as well if not better than in the past and now we have signed a new Spanish striker Colunga who scored on his debut, but I have not seen him yet.
So I take it from your response that you are still waiting planning permission and pushing on with the cladding?:ffsparr:

Zahahaha back to Palace on season long loan. Just confirmed on SSN.

Are Man United trying to recoup the money they paid for him ? Option for Palace to buy him back for the price they sold him for at the end of the season ?

To be fair though that is an amazing piece of business. They have sold a player for £15m and he's been allowed to play for them for a year and half and been conditioned and trained at a far higher level in between.

Yes CPFC = turmoil!
Nearly going bust in 2010, managers walking out, managers throwing the towel in yet we've made it to the premier league beating our hated rivals on their own patch on the way to glory :lolol:

I wouldn't want it any other way:bigwave:

Ps Happy days Palace fans welcome back BHA'S nemesis

The £15m figure included a whole load of add-ons, that he hasn't come close to meeting, on account of him turning out to not be good enough.

Doubt they actually got £10m.

Nemesis Not too sure about that as our paths do not cross at present. If you go on on present situations, we enjoy a paid for, comfortable modern stadium with the excitement of the great possibility of a win/draw to enhance the possibility of promotion (and I am sure even you would agree that is why we go to football) whereas you turn up at a stone clad monstrosity hoping to get done less than three.

Enjoy.

Colderon and Bruno are well past their best, Neither was much cop at the height of their powers. Bruno along with Dunk performed one of the great comedy duo acts when I last watched them at Selhurst. I don't know much about the new fella Colunga although from a quick google it seems you are his 13th club. Wonder why he hasn't 'done it' in his home land after so many chances?

No planning permission sought as too many issues with a stadium in CPP. Cladding all finished.

They DID NOT sell him for £15M  Man United paid £10M upfront , the add-ons if he had been a success normally depend on appearances at National , European and International level and these would eventually take the payments received up to £15M but that would have been in staged payments over several years. He made 2 appearances for Manchester United. The Daily Express is saying that Palace can buy him back for somewhere in the region of £8M indicating Man United are prepared to give a damaged goods discount.

We DID NOT sell Ulloa for £10M  Leicester have given us £8M upfront even though the fee was officially undisclosed. If Leicester stay up and Ulloa makes the appearances that will trigger the bonus payments.

You seem to have researched more than I have on our squad. Whilst I can understand that from your point of view, shouldn't you be more concerned with issues 'closer to home' and get in the positive mindset that you might win a few this year rather than the prospect of usual negativity that seems to thrive around there?
