I have a Daughter around the same age, she has just had a baby, he is 10.5 weeks old, I can't begin to imagine as a father and a Grandfather how I would feel if I was in Bob Geldof's place right now, whatever the reason she is dead, there are still family left to grieve and trying to understand why........

I have two daughters, and now a granddaughter - slightly older at 18months.

But having gone through life accepting the rough with the smooth quite calmly, I now can't imagine how I would feel if anything happened to either of my daughters, or their partners or the granddaughter. I really feel for Bob Geldof.

Without wishing to generalise, I seem to have a lot of women on my Facebook account mourning her loss, but fully expect them to have been amongst the masses to claim she was a spoilt rich kid with no talent and didn't deserve it all.

Probably says more about my opinion of my friends and colleagues than anything else.
