Your shiny new stadium has attracted plastics with cash to splash. Don't you know that already?

I'm starting to think you're a troll too now :lolol:

Sake. I log off and read one more post and it infuriates me so much i need to reply. I HAVE BOUGHT TWO ****ING PALACE TICKETS and will be watching them next season. Is it a crime to watch another team play football? so what's your problem and I'm no troll more than you or some other trolls who've posted tonight.

Sad? No sadder than you.

No, but paying the main rivals of a club you have apparently supported for an incredibly long time £500 for a Season Ticket is a joke.......

But then you havent bought one anyway.

Things that are more likely to happen than this story:

1) President Ahmedinejad of Iran quitting his role, announcing he's converting to Judaism and moving his family to Tel Aviv.

Right Here, Right Now
Didn't think I'd ever do that in my life time and still doubting my sanity. As we're banned from the Amex then I've spoken at length with my dad about filling the void for Saturday afternoons that has been created since my ban so we had a chat about joining Crawly which he wasn't to keen on plus he'd never make the long trek so I mentioned Palace, Fearing a backlash from him he was rather calm. He likes the idea of spending time on the train and a day out and he was more than happy to agree on joining.

He does mis his days out and pies so we've got two season tickets for the season. I'm doing it for him more than me. Brighton have said I'm not allowed to attend any Albion related game so if Palace get Brighton in the cup does that mean we can't attend even thou we've taken our custom elsewhere?

If memory serves me right, your ban from The Amex was a result of you throwing a hissy fit with regards to being searched! Surely if you have changed alliegiance to Palarse then your views would be better aired on BBS? :shootself

This thread is priceless. Sterling stuff.

How do we go about certifying this as gold?

Completely unbelievable bollox !
"I love me old man so much that I've bought him a season ticket to see our bitterest rivals"
It just does not add up - there are much nearer teams I am sure than Palace.
Why not just admit that you want to see premiership football - that I could almost understand as a mate if mine, whilst no Wimbledon fan, had a season ticket at Selhurst to see, as he put it, all the best footballers in the land . . . and Wimbledon?

Not sure where your from but Why didn't you just support your local football club ?

He did support his local team, but asked nicely to have his bag searched, he became a complete **** and went on one. Once again he is proving what **** he is. If his father was indeed disabled, you wouldn't take him to selhurst for quality of life decision would you?

Think for :fishing: and being a scumbag, should get forum permanent ban.

If I recall correctly, your dad is an upstanding Albion fan, but your drunken offering to fondle a female steward got you, and therefore your dad, banned.

And this is how you make it up to him?

You are worse than Hitler.

Its an interesting decision to make BB, and I can understand why you're doing it, although it must have taken a lot of thought and clearly a leap of faith. You obviously ****ed up getting banned in the first place, but you've certainly been well-punished for it. If you're banned from Brighton, you thus either have the choice of giving up football or going elsewhere, and Palace is a traditional, non-corporate place to watch good quality football (and people can go on about glory-hunting all they like, but you will get to see some of the best players in the world week-in week-out). I was wondering the other day what it would actually take to switch allegiances to another club, and there are certainly several on here who have done that, someone from Huddersfield, someone from Oxford I think, from Arsenal, was LB's first team Newport? - who still support their original teams but more as a second team. By and large they seem to be accepted here.

anyway, I was contemplating all that but all I've read is six pages of bile towards you rather than anything interesting at all. It seems for most people on this thread their support for Brighton is defined as hatred of anything Palace, which is a pretty sad way to live your life. I would pass it off as just the children on their hols, but some of the biggest bullying is coming from moderators of this site such as Edna and HKFC - sometimes you wonder what NSC is coming to when the people responsible for its content are the worst offenders.

Blimey.
However, in the real world, this character is either fishing or a complete melt. In which case he should fit in well up the road. Why feel the need to tell all though. Attention seeking in the extreme.

Oh blimey.

So because I happen to opine that this poster is simply on the wind-up, that's bullying, is it?

This isn't Facebook and he isn't some vulnerable 13 year old. I just don't believe his story: while it's not impossible that someone might, in desperation to watch football, change their allegiance like that, everything about the way that post was written and worded screams wind-up for my money.

Your opinion happens to differ: I don't consider you to be picking on me

Whatever, I just hate it when a thread descends into everyone picking on someone - especially when its for no obvious reason at all like this one. Yes they're adults, yes they really should just turn it off and go away and get on with their life, but it still leaves a sour taste in the mouth. I'm struggling to see whats unbelievable about this thread, we know this guy got banned, we know he cares for his Dad who has dementia, we also know that he's not the only person wondering about the direction the club is going in. I've never understood the point of a wind-up so I've never really bothered to contemplate too deeply whether a thread is one or not

But anyway carry on, lets have yet another thread of childish jokes, anti-Palace 'banter' and occasional insults, not enough of those at the moment. Maybe I just got out of the 'serious' side of bed...

As I've said before, there are members who will be unable to get seats next season. I wanna try my best to ensure they get those seats...

Are those the members who by coincidence only want to go Smelhurst when Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea etc are playing?
