5m would seem okay, in fact would it be a good move to sell for that if money used to strengthen with 2/3 players?

He had plenty of strengths which include being able to fill defensive positions. However he does not play defence splitting passes or score goals. Without those attributes there a limits to what a club will pay us or him. I am not therefore not resigned to losing him at the start of the season. If however we do not threaten the play offs I can foresee the club looking to 'cash in' and have a change of approach in midfield perhaps.

there's no such thing as a se... oh never mind

Seagulls is a generic term for whitish birds found near the sea. Within that are certain species. Bit like saying there is no such thing as a dog, just loads of different breeds or crossbreeds!!!!!

this.:bowdown:[/QUOTE}

Whether you like it or not, the Gulls are Torquay so whether the Albion mascot is called Gully or not is irrelevant.

It's part of a learning curve so accept the education!!!!!

i really hope no one make a serious approach, or that'll he'll be swayed by a bit more money. exciting year ahead with him as a pinchpin of an aggressive barca-lite team, unless a prem team or silly money is offered why should leave?

Correct. seven or eight million for a defensive midfield player?. No club in their right mind would pay that sort of money. we might bank two million if we are lucky.

What price would you find acceptable?
For me its got to be 6mil plus but i fear we'll loose him for something stupid like 3.5m.
Loose him? Make him less tight? How do we do that?
