It's friday night, you've got two choices. Coalition or Digital?

Just to confirm, I myself am going to neither. But I have been asked (because of my expetise on all things Brighton) which is better on a friday night. So I am doing some market research. I admit, this forum probably isn't the best place and certainly doesn't seem to be the target market for either pub. Which is why I don't know enough to judge either of them. Personally, all I require is a pub and decent company. I'm not a clubber.

Good folks of NSC, it is a dilemma we all fear happening. But you have two options, Coalition or Digital? You have no other options, the world is ending and you HAVE to go to one of them. Which do you choose, and why (if applicable)?

Is coalition on west st? The old creation? wouldn't choose to go there!
Where is digital? what did it used to be called? I haven't been clubbing for a few years now!
I think I will choose Blackcap's option.

Depends what you're in to. I love digital and hate Coalition. Digital does £1 mixers before 12.30 so can be a cheap night if you get there early. Always go in the guestlist queue it's so much quicker.

The music at Digital is pretty 'indie' but is the same every week. Coalition music is a bit pony IMO.

Digital has come close to destroying clubbing in Brighton. The place is wank but has stollen a lot of the best nights like hospitality and supercharged from other clubs. It has single hbdedly reduced the quality of my life. f***ing hate the place.

did you go hospitality Sunday? One of the best nights i've had in brighton, shame digital has to close at 4 for whatever reason
