Summed up very well

All I can say is smash and grab. We were very very lucky to win and a massive thanks to A.Fed for keeping a clean sheet. He's my man of the match for tonight.

Roberts looked lively second half and how Pearce didn't score is beyond me!

Brighton dominated for the majority of the 90 minutes but we seemed fairly content to let them pass it around, they lacked the killer pass, and when they did breach our backline they lacked the finish.

Actually I only spotted one poster saying ref was a homer and tht was the one who said CMS won the penalty and saw the padded seats as a negative ????....rest of them seemed quite realistic

Must admit what most of the fans (Reading) are saying, although we had a lot of possession and movement we do not have the predator goal scorer, the one who is in the area and you almost know it's going to be a goal. But good luck to Reading, they took their chance with the free kick, deflected or not they all count. We had quite a few chances including the penalty and could'nt net. If we make the play offs or not,we have had a season way beyond what was expected and can look at the 16th placed team with glee....Good luck Reading....

Seem like a nice bunch:) much nicer than those horrid burnley chavs. And refreshing to see them talk more about the game and complement the ground rather than say the ground is unfinished and shit and homophobic insults

I had two behind me in the queue for the almighty cock up for the trains who couldn't speak higher of how comfortable the seats were.

Due to southerns F*** up they wanted to go back to the stadium to see if they could stay in the seats and get the first train in the morning.

Mind you the way things were going even the first train in the morning could be packed !!!

Plenty of complimentary remarks there, one thing that keeps cropping up is the rake of the stands, I wonder if this can be addressed without altering the structure of the stadium?

They are exceptionally steep at the madjeski. I've not heard anyone in the north stand complain about it?!

It's been mentioned several times on here by both home and away fans. Personally I don't have a problem I have a great view from row Q, agree with the Madjeski rake comment though!

Not really mate.

We had a shocking start to the season- 4pts from 6 games. We sold our top striker- and managed to convince LOLeicster that Mills was worth £5m! Never let it be said that Nicky Hammond is not the smartest man in football.

We then started playing a bit. The stats are stunning. We have gained 40 pts from a possible 45. Our "run" started in October- had it started in August we would be looking at ending the season beating the points record.

Couple of decent cup runs as well- QF's are now commonplace.

Play-offs twice in 3 years.

An amazing acadamy producing some fantastic young players.

Oh, and new owners who have promised a brighter future with more investment, but the same ethos. And we do it by paying our bills, having an affordable wage structure. Great and supportive owners- investment steady growth...

Still not had a player sent off this season.

You do know about the record- 106 points in a season. That was quite an exciting season. 33 games unbeaten. With a central defence that picked up only 6 yellows between them. And a strike force that somehow managed 99 goals. We finished 25 points above 3rd place.

Supporting Reading is frequently frustrating, disappointing, and a bit rubbish...but not boring.

What's wrong with the rake of the stands? I've sat in the West, North and East with a great view every time.

The last line of that quote is probably the story of our season!

Well it's not f***ing surprising if your players are not even booked for punches directly in front of the referee, when we have players sent off for jumping out of the way of lunging fouls. Jason Roberts is a dirty scumbag.
