Get off your high horse. What did you have at the withdean? I'm pretty sure what you have now, is better.

Yes everything is a million times better, but Withdean never ran out of food at 2.30. Also it is a Modern stadium with Restaurants and bars. It's been happening over and over this season, running out of food before kick off. It shouldn't be happening really.

You think that's bad:-

NO HARVEY'S IN THE EAST @ 2:15.

Top work fellas, and all that, but have the decency to save a pint for me.

Ok, so the club brings in double the stock next week. Only for over half of it to remain sold, resulting in it being scrapped. Who will cover that cost? will you?

Now your talking about getting it wrong on the opposite scale. Its not hard, try getting 20% more in and see how it goes. The club will also sell more and make more.

My run of good luck continues, yet to be turned away for a pie pre-match and yet to be told my preferred tipple has run out. May the good times roll.

I am desperately trying not to moan about our hallowed new stadium but I gotta say I am getting a little pissed off with the food situation, it is always 50/50 if I can get anything on a match day and I only have a choice of two things (which is fine if I could get something) as I am a vegetarian. Oh well better luck next week eh?

I did suggest a veggie balti pie made with quorn but the idea got a cold reception. Perhaps a lobby from vegetarians will change Piglet Pantry's mind.

Seems unlikely though. Going by the threads on here every week, demand is outstripping capacity at every match.

More pies = more money for the club.

I don't wanna have a moan, because I do love our new home, and the club don't actually OWE us any food. BUT on occasion a 3pm Saturday kick off means I have to get out of bed at 12:30pm after only getting to bed at 8am after a night shift AND in my anticipation to get ready and down to Falmer, I don't always have time to cook myself up a breakfast/lunch and given that the pies at the ground are DELICIOUS and buying one puts money in my beloved club's coffers, I don't think I should feel too bad about wanting to get some pre-match munch.

All these people acting as if it's total MADNESS to want to eat food at the football seem a little deluded to me. Just because your regular as clockwork routine doesn't allow for snacking between your regimented meal times, doesn't mean the rest of us are quite so rigid.

We're already selling over 10,000 pies every home game , another 10,000 would be overdoing it a tad.

Ive refrained from moaning all season but damn i love those pies and I haven't had a decent one since the donny game. It's so regular in the east stand that they've either sold out (balti's at 14.00pm today) or they are cold. Azure reps do read these threads and should know they are still underperforming.

I have yet to see a balti pie, I don't think they exist. I went to the bar today, saw the sign advertising them paid for one, got back to where I was standing and took a big bite of a chicken and ham one.

Hey Ho, what can you do?

still lovely and enjoyed it, can't say its ruined my day in the slightest.

Absolutely pathetic no pies what so ever in the North West kiosk at 2pm - why the hell can't they put up a notice or something so you don't have to queue for 10 minutes to find they have sold out when you arrived at the till.

You could suggest it in Ask The Club.

I would LIKE to apologize to SOMEONE in the EAST Stand, I bought a Steak Pie and Bovril, took a BITE out of the PIE and it was a f***ing CHICKEN Borty one. I hate that FOREIGN muck so took it STRAIGHT back to get the RIGHT one but the bloke then put the BORTY Pie back in the RACK to SELL to someone.

So if YOU bought a Chicken BORTY pie in the EAST and it had a BITE out of IT then I'm SORRY.

How can you afford a pie anyway?, I thought that you were potless after being scammed?

you're at the football, why are you moaning about not getting a sodding pie?

Shut up and mind your own business.

f***ing hell can't you go a couple of hours without food? Eat before you leave and eat when you get home/back to the pub

Shut up and mind your own business.

They do exist!!

I thought I missed out for the third game running?

I ordered a steak pie as the mythical balti ones had all sold out again, and upon breaking it open Chicken Balti Oozzed out. Yes!
