I have been invited to some sort of opening thing. Probably won't go though.

Similar to the one they use at the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, I thought it would be bigger. I also think they have put it in the wrong place. Spoils the view of the seafront.

Hmmmm. The London Eye gives you a great view all over London. The Brighton Wheel gives you a great view of a load of houses, a bit of countryside, a few landmarks (Pavilion! Amex!) and a lot of water.

How long is it there for?

And why did they wait until the end of the busy Summer season to put it up?

Who operates it? And what will it cost?

1. 3 months or 90 days whichever comes sooner.

2 Some bullshit to do with a Direct Debit failing because in reality they couldn't afford it until their Personal Accident claim came through and cos the bloke who runs the funny backward bike kicked up a fuss.

3 . It is operated by a man called Jez who winds it round 8 times an hour except Tuesday afternoons when he has to go to Edward Street to sign on. Simon Fanshawe will take over at these times and wear a Carmen Miranda ensemble.

4 Its free if you can produce a reciept from Mr Coopers (Baker Street) or you have to make a cheque payable to V Mears I think its 95p.
