I'm delighted to say that you have a wonderful opportunity to put your theory to the test, Mon Ami.
I'm a lifelong Millwall fan who has visited 81 stadia from Plymouth to Carlisle.

I have a "2.1" from Caius Cambridge and passed 9 "O" Levels and 3 "A" Levels at Archbishop Tenisons Grammar School in London.

What would you like to discuss? The Lake Poets, perchance, and their degree of influence on contemporary society compared to, say, Byron, Keats and Robert Browning?

Perhaps you would like to muse over Shakespeares 39 completed Plays or innumerable Sonnets? The works of The Bronte Sisters or Chamcer, Thomas Hardy or Eric Blair ( George Orwell to you) ?

Macro or Micro Economics ? Existentialism ? Human Rights violations in the Republic Of Congo ? Genocide in Rwanda and its impact on the African Diaspora ?

Name the subject of your choice and it will be illuminating to discover which of us is the most loquacious, cogent, learned and enlightened

Thanking You In Anticipation,

"A Thick Millwall Fan"....

Pity all that learning didn't include the use of apostophes or how to use capital letters.

Nor have you learned how to count Shakespeare's plays: there are 36 in the First Folio and there are two more widely attributed to him, so the number is either 36, 37 or 38 - but it's certainly not 39 (unless of course, you have a previously undiscovered copy of Cardenio or Love's Labour's Won in your attic - but I rather feel you'd be rather busy spending your millions if that were the case).

I suggest you take your IQ to Bermondsey and engage in some social intercourse with the locals.

They would surprise you with their post modernist views on multiculturalism, homo-erotic art and the pre-raphaelite brotherhood and its influence on english romantic art.

Theres only one word for this thread...magic darts!

Can't count? lol...I was paraded round my Primary School at 5 years old to recite the 23 times table. Came first in Maths by a Country Mile at Primary School and was 4th best at Grammar School in our year of 90 pupils .

ChaMcer? Oh! Dear! A typo! Well spotted Guys!

Rather pedantic, wouldn't you say?

btw: I was including the unfinished "Love Labour's Won" in my Shakespeare tally and, obviously, added an extra one "for the road"....lol

Like I said, a play that has disappeared. If we can "muse over" a play that no-one has seen or read for 400 years you either have supernatural powers or are a complete fantasist.

I'm DELIGHTED to say that in 56 years and having been out ( on average 5 times a week during my adult years ) that I have NEVER been involved in a fight, not even at School or in any social setting or even attending thousands of matches since Millwall 5 Hull 1 in 1963.

One did NOT attend the Effluent Archbishop Tenisons of Croydon but the ( vastly ) superior school of the same name opposite The Kennington Oval Cricket Ground ( indeed we had Latin lessons on the roof while enjoying Ken Barrington, John Edrich etc batting for Surrey ) .

Yes, it's been written about but no-one has actually seen it, read it, can quote from it or discuss the plot because no-one knows anything about it (other than its title). You could say the same about Cardenio, the other lost Shakespeare play.

So, when you say "muse over" all you mean is mention? I can do that - and so can any man - about any subject. I thought you meant discuss in depth.
