One of the funniest things I’ve seen on TV was when the actor who playes Ian Beale won a soap award. He made a speech where he referred to his characters previous wives being very attractive but now he’s has gone for personality over looks…the camera then pans to a bemused looking Miss Waterman! Very funny.

I have no idea what she's like as a person but to anyone's reasonable eyes she's at the least plain and at the most pretty in a homely way.
