Ah, f*** The Albion. If they don't care then neither do I. Had the winner of the National at10/1 AND won a tenner on a place in The Tap. Result!

Granted I missed the Mansfield match through being out of the country at the time, but last time I saw such a peurile performance was v Stoke at home under McGhee. Today was utterly pitiful. Bottom of the league hitting the woodwork FOUR times in the second half alone says it all. They wanted it more, MUCH more, and if nobody asked you to choose who was bottom of the league and who was supposedly challenging for the play-offs, you'd have guessed wrong.

Can understand the young guys at the back (Lynch, T.Elphick) being well knackered at this stage in the season, but there's scant excuse for the team as a whole. Port Vale could easily have put half a dozen past us.

And Murray's effort was WAY too little, WAY too late. Sorry, but it's becoming pretty clear we've bought a dud. He don't have that Albion HUNGER. You either attack the ball or you don't. And it's not something that can even be coached into a player. You either got it or you don't. He don't.

Oh well.

From my p/m with a palace git, this is my take on today's showing;

Alright Adolf

Bit of a slip up today old boy, pressure getting to you? Or is the blood loss from the nosebleeds weakening your boys?

:D

Ha! there's no pressure on professional football players in the 1st division, that wouldn't be their excuse.

Fox vs rabbit today, the rabbit was running for its' life and the fox wasn't hungry enough.

the problem is in that picture and its not Wilkins

don't disagree but he wasn't there today

I remember that game too well for my liking, the celery in the away end side of the south stand being more interesting than the match, then doug loft scoring, then us all chanting mcghee out.

must have been AWFUL to have reached that level of badness

Fair enough, would love to be proved wrong.

But at the moment his movement, body language, lack of aggression and all round ordinariness suggest otherwise.

Quite agree, if only he'd put pressure on the keeper.

No way near as bad, Stoke we were an embarrasement and got stuffed, here we got ourselves back into the game and had a chance f equalising a couple of times,

Stoke we just laid down and died, this we were maybe at least trying but nothing came off

It's not even in the same ball park as Stoke. I left after 40 minutes that day.

The lowest point under Wilkins that I have witnessed was Blackpool at home last season and we have come a long way since then

Oh a 'chance of equalising' HOW EXCITING.

Our season is over now. We needed 3 points today. A draw would have been useless to both teams. No point saying didn't we do WELL because we nearly equalised after being 3-1 down. Vale are bottom. Rock bottom. And they were BETTER than us. After todays disgusting display, and it was disgusting, I was embarrased. It's a good job we're not going up, we'd be shown for the bunch of fraudsters that we are.

The Stoke game was great fun. I remember us all cheering when Stoke got one of their goals then when we scored Stoke fans were absolutely loving it, jumping up and down and everything. Can't be compared to today as that game meant absolutely nothing and this game was MASSIVE

Dean White is so much of a laughing stock I can't even justify his ineptitude in words. Why we pay this slob of a man to be our "assistant manager" I don't know. He should stick to f***ing up tv sales instead.

Feel better ?

That's a particularly vindictive and nasty thing to post and if I done that I'd be utterly ashamed of myself.

You have no right to call yourself a fan of the club if you resort to posting nasty personal attacks like that.

Shocking, must go down as one of the nasiest posts ever.

Well done.
