You really are a deplorable bigot.
Am I?

We are committed to increasing the representation of women and under-represented groups in Parliament and at every level of politics. We are proud to have more women and BAME MPs than all of the other political parties put together, and proud of our action to tackle the under-representation of women in Parliament, including changing the law to allow political parties to use All-Women Shortlists to select parliamentary candidates

Why don't you then??
Because I didn't start it, so I don't know what you were going to say?

Jeez, when you talked about quotas, I didn't realise NSC had one for idiots!

'Has-been' politician? She still is a politician!! I would also guess one who would stand a reasonable chance of securing a cabinet role should Labour win the next election, hardly a 'has been.'

Wow the great HWT somewhat stumped for words and unable to defend a shocking Labour party MP interview, imagine if that it was a Tory MP making a complete fool of themselves live on Sky news, we would've got one of your 'oh so quirky look at how intelligent I am' posts.
You're mad.

There, I said it.

I think the only relevance of this story is to vindicate Sir Keir Starmer's sound judgement to remove the whip away from her in April 2023 in the wake of ill-conceived and badly-worded comments about Jews not suffering racism.

She should not be let loose anywhere near a Twitter account.
But, but....an expert thinks Starmer will have her in the cabinet.

Someone is deluded and...and....it isn't you!

Hooray!

I think the best way to describe how this is going is "well"

Keir understands she’s a car crash waiting to happen most of the time and removed the whip from her . At least he has seen sense .
When he got in there was a clamour he frogmarch the loonies aound Westminster then throw them in the Thames.

He didn't have to. He just waited thill they threw a racist muse, or retweeted some anti-Semitic toss, then withdrew the whip.

Dealing with idiots is easy. You just . . . put them on ignore.

People getting their knickers in a twist about an Abbott tweet rather than calling for politicians to urgently do something about the sickening and regular death toll in the Med really sums up everything wrong about this country

Whilst I disagree regarding anyone 'getting their knickers in a twist', I am interested to know what you would do regarding the tragic and regular mortalities in The Med.

Always worth remembering thats the same Keir Starmer who willingly served under the now exiled Corbyn and alongside the cabinet of 'loonies' campaigning to get them into government... such a principled fella!

People drowning in the Med is dreadful but what should politicians be doing about it exactly? Perhaps making greater efforts to identify and punish traffickers? Monitoring more closely the departure of small boats from North Africa? Seem obvious to me that the best system would be to get clearance for lawful migration before leaving, then once approved, travel safely and much more cheaply to the accepting country.

I go out and enjoy the sunshine for the day and come home to find Beach Seagull, Two Professors and JC Footy Genius still making fools of themselves.

It's like the last 5 years never happened :lolol:

Exactly like we did before the Government changed the law in Sept 2011, when small boat channel crossings were so negligible they weren't even counted ?

No that will never work :dunce:
