Inspired by the thread on the Market Diner, (now for sale apparantly), l am curious as to where else it might be possible to grab a sit down meal in Brighton in the wee small hours?

I imagine that there may be a venue or two?

I’m definitely feeling old as I’m thinking I wouldn’t want to be in Brighton at midnight, even if I was sitting down to eat.
Not good for the digestive system eating at that time. 😬
old man alert :lolol:

Buddies shut yonks ago. It’s a Burger King now (unless I’ve been whooshed).
It’s still there - re-branded as ‘Monarch Restaurant’. Not sure it’s still open 24 hrs.

With the cost of food increasing, soon I might only be able to afford just German sausage and cheese.

But that's probably a Wurst-Käse scenario.

Up and Coming Sunny Portslade
We used to drink in Portslade and then my mate who was teetotal would drive us to Palmiera Sq Grubbs for a Double Mushroom and Cheese after the pub closed. Possibly the best "after a few pints" food that ever existed.

Gut busters used to come with fag ash, spit and bovver. As for Buddies, thank f*** that's closed, if it has.

When I was clubbing seriously, food was rarely a consideration.
