A measure of how boring I am finding this game is that I've just looked up what the cheerleader smilie is spelling in semaphore.

It's

U R U J B.
I do feel for Messi, such an incredible talent I'll never again in my lifetime, playing in a team that's just strolling through life.

Alexis has been one of Argentina's best players IMO - we're obviously biased but I genuinely think he's played very well
He has, and is . . . He appears to be a bit too quick . . . Most of them can't keep up.

Argies are very much a one man team . . . .

Messi seemed to be subdued in a poor game. But that is what a great player can do. Ali Mac playing with him as well, shows you can play at Brighton and reach your dreams.

I can't believe how poor Argentina have been. Their passing and decision making has been slack... with the exception of Macca who they finally started passing to towards the end of the first half, and who promptly started driving at the Mexicans. He lifted the tempo.

Nice finish for that second goal though.
