Reminds me of days at Goldstone when able to walk to go behind other goal at half time

one of the best things about non league IMO is having basically no restrictions on where you stand/sit

Tbh I keep on the move during games and like to keep walking :moo:

Guess you were moving too fast to be captured on my ancient DSLR

A few more pics from Saturday at the tired but still wonderful home of Seaford Town Football Club

Despite the sad demise of Whyteleafe a pheonix club has been set up AFC Whyteleafe playing in the Combined Counties League, not sure of the exact details but it's something to do with Balham FC.
Had first home game last Saturday playing in front of over 300 fans.
It's going to be a long way back to the Ryman League but the main thing is football will continue at Church Road.
Come on you Leafe.

Bloody Worthing!
Nearly 800 at Worthing yesterday. Nothing like the 2000 that saw them lose to Bognor, but a decent crowd who were rewarded with a 3-2 win. Dean Cox now playing for the Rebels and put in a decent corner for one of the goals. Tends to get subbed around 70 minutes or so.

Heading up to Merstham on Tuesday to watch Merstham v Lewes, another new ground for me.
Horsham YMCA v Worthing tonight, FA Youth Cup.
Leatherhead V Worthing tomorrow night and I'm considering make the long trip to Bexhill on Wednesday for their SCFL game v Lingfield, never visited The Polegrove before.
Anybody know what parking is like for Bexhill please?

Lancing v Haywards Heath tomorrow. Not been able to get to as many as I'd have like so far this season but I'm bang up for this one.

When I went there last October there was ample street parking nearby in a pretty residential area. Its a lovely old stand on the side of the pitch.

Our own Toby Bull (who has had his scholarship extended for this season) is currently on loan at Merstham and playing in goal.

Excellent worth keeping an eye out for him then, I seem to remember a lad playing for them last season against Lewes (Jack Leahy maybe?), what happened to him?
