I bought a Standard tonight purely to read the story. Superb stuff.

One word of warning, I have always thought that the rumours of transfers in the Standard are the WORST of any paper I have ever read. Their chief sports writer is a Tottenham fan, and the source of all those crazy "Rivaldo to Spurs" typoe stories seem to start in the Standard.
