Yes, unfortunately there are tacky Xmas decorations in my workplace, put up by people who try and dodge doing real work.

Yes I put them up the other day in my shop.

Even in i shop though really, really begrudge putting them up as early as 1st December!

We have a xmas tree with lights and everything in our office. We all chipped in last year when homebase were selling all the decorations off half price.

They have tried to ban decorations on safety grounds where I work, glad to say they failed and backed off, the staff gave em the

I work with a lot of older ladies and they bloody love it. They came in over the weekend to put them up. They're actually pretty colour co-ordinated and quite tasteful.

So, how many of you had halloween decorations up in the office like we did?

We have a tree in reception and sometime soon the more "musical" members of the department will be hanging the christmas tat from ceilings.

Probably have Patricks Day and Easter decorations too. Despite well over half the workforce not being Irish and I'd guess a decent proportion, including myself, not being Christian.

Can't beat celebrating other peoples pissups seems to be the policy.
