West Brom have been given permission to hold talks with West Ham midfielder Michael Carrick - with the clubs close to agreeing a fee....

Don't see the point in joining Palace or West Brom as there's a good chance both will come back down again passing West Ham on the way. He wouldn't get a game for Arsenal, so it's between Pompey and Everton. Not much of a choice really, I'd stay put.
