After the debacles of A Christmas Carol and Not Going Out last night if Gavin and Stacey stiffs tonight it will all rest on Mrs Brown's Boys to step up to the plate and save the day

Come on Uncle at our age our experience should tell us that almost without exception, every " Christmas Special " is usually turd.

Hither (sometimes Thither)
I'm watching Spartacus on ITV4. I'll give Gavin and Stacey a go, but i wonder if the characters will have anything new about them. I suppose Christmas is a time of reminiscence, but we might want a bit more from folk we've most forgotten. And then Eastenders, where someone will probably die. Preferred method, as an ode to the past, would involve daffodils and the canal, or rolling obesely down a mountainside.
Anyway, back to the excellent Spartacus.

Someone will will probably have an argument and fall off a roof. That seems to be a trend in Albert Square

I'm watching this too, a great ensemble of acting Gods with almost as many casualties as EastEnders.

Car accidents in Albert Square are also pretty frequent, despite the fact that Albert Square ( oval-ish ) is so small a car can barely get up to 20mph !
