Is this whole exercise an excuse to get childish and / or work up a nervous edgey-ness about racial differences? Doesn't this whole episode actually fuel and recreate racism ?
Comments such as these are worthy of complaint;
"bloody A-rabs at it again, blow the lot up I say"
"them Moo-slims are the problem "
"I'd like to light up a fag, I can tell you"
These are serious racist comments, and anyone saying them should be told that they're wrong.
But face it, nobody particularly cared about the name Sambo, and if they did it wasn't worth making an issue out of.
