The owner of a Cafe who sells Ice Cream has been issued with the following instructions.
Anybody buying Rum & Raisin Ice cream who looks under 18 must show ID to prove their age.
The Cafe owner must apply for a alcohol licence.
THE REASON BEING!
His Rum & Raisin Ice Cream has 0.5% alcohol in it which is deemed too much!!!

Anything under 0.1% alcohol is considered 'No alcohol'.

Anything under 1% is considered 'low alcohol' but is still covered by the licensing laws.
