As much as I like Thailand and Thai food, I've gotta vote for Indian. The sway of Cobra, tikka masala and sag aloo is too much.

Thai is fantastic (although Indonesian is better), but Indian is the king of them all!

Tikka masala is about as indian as a roast beef dinner.
