Mexican food - dull (although breakfasts not bad)

Thai - the best!!!!

Haven't been to Mexico but Mexican food in the UK is pretty average IMHO.

Thai food in the UK is good but Thai food in Thailand is outstanding.

Come on Thai!!

A very, very difficult decision - but Mexican just about gets it. The ability to consistently produce a wide range of wonderful dishes from less than ten traditional ingredients is astonishing.
