The Albion bench celebrate David's free-kick
David Lopez admits he has under-performed for Albion this season.
But he is convinced he is back on track after his brilliant free-kick at Doncaster.
The Spanish midfielder came off the bench and curled home from 25 yards to cap the Seagulls’ 3-1 win.
David lost his place after some sub-par performances but took his chance when Will Buckley limped off with a hamstring tweak.
He said: “I’m really happy because I helped the team get three points. But, on a personal level, I’m delighted after this bad run I’ve been going through.
“I know I haven’t been playing well. But this is going to really give me a lot of spark to get back to playing well and to really helping the team.”
