He wasn't great, but he was a marked man. He got roughed up a few times and was closed down very quickly. He needs some more support getting forward.

We certainly haven't seen the best of him. You see glimpses, but.....

That is about usual. I have never seen anything that makes me feel confident that he will make it in the Football League but he is young so lets give him the benefit of the doubt at the moment.

I thought he had a couple of decent games last season, notably Millwall away, but on that performance he is Eastbourne-bound. As you say he is still young, he's had an injury and barely played all season.

In Gattings defence he was repeatedly held back whenever the ball was played towards him,on the couple of occasions he did escape the hugging Boston defence he got decent efforts away.
I think he needs a loan to the conference to learn how to deal with the more experienced/.devious defenders
