You can tell it's a completely different collar - there's no 'V' as there is on the usual shirt, his is more of a t-shirt neck.

He has an allergic reaction to anything on his kneck so he doesn't wear collars...a bit like Wayne bridge doesn't wear suspenders, preferring hold ups for the same reason
