Basically, do we want a glory manager who will get us promotion and piss off taking our best players with him (Tigana) = Stumpy Tim. Or do we want a manager that is likely to stick around a bit and develop a decent squad that will see us to mid table div 1? = Me.

We're arguing, dare I say, disscussing about what TYPE of manager we need rather than ACTUAL managers.
