Interestingly, 8-Ace has come closest to world domination. He was chanceller until someone exposed his granny as actually being his wife. He lost the trust of the world after that.

9) every year, he is the main attraction of a huge party held.

13) he is the first person to enjoy a bit of gossip and always tries his hardest to coax stuff out of other people including their own business. ie: Tim & Dawn.

To be honest I'm slightly disillusioned that no-one else voted for Jay Darlington. The man would have achieved world domination had he rightfully won the Prog Rock Keyboard Gyrotechnics Competition 1994 rather than falling off his organ and being disqualified halfway through.
