Today's Argus has Bob getting the credit for Zesh coming here, he took his brother on when he was youth team coach at Brentford. He has been keeping an eye on Zesh since.

Credit to BB and non to the Palace quitter in this instance

I would think he could have good contacts, he's worked with three managers who have good contacts and I reckon all three of them would be delighted to help him out with their own recommendations. MA and SC would probably loan us players as well.

Exactly

Ask any Blade fan what they think about Bob Booker. He is almost worshipped on the red side of Sheffield

How did I know YOU would post that.

I don't know, but I'm taking a stab in the dark when I think who's going to have the most contacts "Bob Booker or Jean Tigana"?

He's only a 2nd in command. He's likely to have less contacts then a manager of a few teams (and I'm not talking about eyes)!

I just wanted to know how u were so confident he has no contacts.

I agree that Booker should stay as number 2 but I think he would have more useful lower league contacts than someone like Jean Tigana

Steve Cotterill or Iain Dowie are my hopes

Bob's lack of experience and contacts are the two things which bother me.

However, I don't know if anyone else has managed Micky Adams. Bob was his best man and still his best mate as far as I know. Therefore, Bob not only has MA as a contact, but MA's contacts as well I would assume. Since Leicester are not competing with us, I would hope MA would be happy to support Bob in terms of advice, knowledge about players, and contacts?

Meant "mentioned" not "managed".

Why do I never spot mistakes until they are posted?

Corky was his best man, you're getting them confused.

I saw Bob up at the training ground this morning. All the time that I was watching, he never once used his mobile. That just proves, once and for all, that he has no contacts.
