Who do you respect the most ???

With the 6 nations starting it got me thinking. Earning less money, having less tabloids written who do you have more respect for as proffesional sportsmen.

England football team
or
England rugby team
?

For me I prefer football as a game but wish the image of some players was vice versa with those in rugby. To me it seams more about the actual game rather than the money and cars unlike our jumped up premier league twaty representatives.

Of course it does there all human at the end of the day, if thety had as much exposure and money as football it would likley be the same story with them.

But as things are, who has the better image and as a result of that who gains the most respect ?

i think that ridiculous fake blood incident lost the egg chasers a lot of respect,but at least they dont have the media soap opera culture that surround the England football side

Neither. Not sure I even respect the cricketers now, even.

Can we not respect them equally seeing as they are a selection of the best sportsman across the country

I like the fact that some cricketers still walk when they nick it and that rugby players batter each other and then have a pint together at the end of matches.
There is plenty still to like about most of our football though.
