Royals upset at Crewe winner
Reading's players are still angry about the goal that cost them the game at Crewe.
They are convinced that referee Eddie Ilderton made two mistakes that allowed Steve Jones to score the only goal in the 15th minute.
Royals skipper Adie Williams said: "We thought a Crewe player had handled in the build-up and we saw the referee put his whistle to his lips ready to blow."
Because of his action Reading's players momentarily paused, but instead of blowing Ilderton decided to play advantage to Reading.
"There was no advantage and Crewe went on to score," added Williams.
"Even then we thought there might have been an offside decision in our favour. But I suppose we just have to accept the decision."
What a bunch of whingers. Play to the whistle you bunch of muppets. Looks to me like Reading are the only team to ever lose to a dodgy goal!
