Which of these back four would you have?

I saw a thread earlier mentioning our best possible back four. Well me and 2 friends have a mixed opinion on which of these 3 combinations is the best. So can you please vote and tell me what you think. It is on the basis that we extend Richards loan deal, get Joel Lynch back and him wanting to still play for us, and having a fully fit Adam Hinshelwood.
