I Robot looks pretty shit. The robots are RUBBISH, and the storyline sounds gash as well. Not one that I'll be rushing out to see.

You're right though Gareth, this is far from being a vintage year for cinema so far. The best film I've gone and seen is probably Shrek 2, but in terms of non-animation, its been disappointing. I havn't seen Troy yet, and I had high hopes for it, but the reviews have been pretty poor. Might still give it a whirl anyway.

I-Robert does look like a sad excuse for a movie, it just doesn't look right. Personally I think King Arthur is going to be the big hit, the fact that Kiera Knightly is in it counts for a hell of a lot.

apparently Troy is only good if you dont know about greek mythology - as the story isnt correct.

A Hollywood movie being historically correct.?@Now there would be a thing!

Spiderman 2.
I thought the whole idea of a SECRET identity was it was a SECRET.
How does constantly removing your mask, to all & sundry maintain the SECRET.
He might as well just put an advert in the yellow pages.

Good film, great effects, but I still left the cinema annoyed.

I thought Spiderman 2 was excellent, and am really looking forward to seeing Thunderbirds which looks like a bit of a laugh. Also, a film called Wimbledon (starring Kirsten Dunst:p ) is coming out on September 24th featuring one of my friends as an extra so that will be well worth seeing

The point was that it didn't matter who knew what he looked like. He was so burdened by his double life, so disassociated from everyone, yet, really, no one knew who he was even when the mask came off. They just knew what his face was like. You could see some of the pressure immediately released from him.

or Toby Mc had it in his contract that his face had to be on screen for x% of the time.

Really tempted to write Batman never had that trouble, but that would make me out to be a bigger wally than I actually am, just.
