Mine, in reverse order:

Number 3 - Palace 2-1 Brighton, 1989.
The game where Kelvin Morton awarded Palace FOUR penalties!

Number 2 - Palace 5-0 Brighton, 2002
Just horrible. Move on.

Number 1 - Notts County 3-1 Brighton, 1991
Devastated for days after. Best mate at University was a County fan, plus I was convinvced we'd win. Not winning didn't even cross my mind.

Losing 3-1 at Wembley in 1991..choker really gutted about that one then we got relegated......Similar story to Swindon losing at Wembley in the PO final and now getting relegated...

For me having only supported the Albion since the Play-off final, which was my first ever game, it has to be losing to Luton on pens in the JPT southern final to miss out on going to Wembley. Mickey mouse competition I know, but it would have been at least something to celebrate in a shitty season and got a lot of stick at school because of it.

Losing the Goldstone ground despite the best efforts of our fans to stop Archer & co from selling it off and the site being redeveloped. Greatest victory - stopping them from getting their way and putting the club out of business completely.
