I personally think that Land Of Hope And Glory should be sung whenever an England team is playing (as is the case at the Commonwealth Games when England win a gold medal), with GSTQ used for a combined GBR team (Olympics etc...)

flower of scotland is like most scottish songs...a Dirge!

The Italian national anthem is superb and very inspiring...GSTQ is boring, too short and unless I am mistaken the only national anthem to sing about a person rather that the love of your country

I HATE God Save The Queen (national amthem one not the Sex Pistols one) I would rather us sing anything else for our national amthem at sporting events than singing about our f***ing queen. Seriously, what has the queen got anything to do with the sports.
The 2 things that get on my nerves about that song is that I dont give a f*** about the queen and the fact I dont believe in God(s)
