Are you sure? If you bought a season ticket this season you get 1000 points + half of last season's non-ST points. So, if you've lost only some of your points, that would be why.
If you only have 1000 points for this season's season ticket, (or if you feel you've lost more than half of them) then you should contact the ticket office.
