I'm 27 and I do worry about my knees and ankles because I do a lot of running and swimming as well but I think f*** it, gives me a sence of childish freedom and a hint of reckless abandon that nothing else gives me.

I go for a long walk out in the countryside with a rucksack full of beers and the Ipod on. As the beers take effect and I start sorting my mind out the need to sing as loud as possible takes over and I forget my troubles.
Where else but down a country lane can you drink, sing, dance AND write your name in piss on the road without giving a shit or looking like a nob?
