You can go in person too. Of the two I'd phone as it's much quicker, but will cost you an extra £2 booking fee (well at least it does for home games)

I hate all this having to go and order a ticket for an away game.

I am going to go to all the games but the Leicester game, for example, will not sell out. It is so much hassle to go to the shop and buy a ticket; it would be so much easier to pay on the turnstile.

I want to go to Watford, and was wondering shall I phone for tickets or via post?

Read the official site where it says postal or personal visit only so phone not an option (at present)

We had all this out with Dave the Gaffer

Ring Leicester and ask if you can pay on the turnstile. It's their game and their decision.

Oh yes it is:

Tickets will be available to Away Members Only (one ticket per member) by postal application, by calling the Ticketline on 01273 776992 or in person from the Ticket Office at 5 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3WA.

from official site,

I thought it was all ticket?

I do not have time to read the whole of NSC, especially as there is now no search facility.

Yes but it is Leicester who stipulate that it is all ticket.

Nothing to do with the Albion.

I'm well aware of that. It is unecessary hassle whoever makes the decision.

They should be selling the tickets at all good newsagents.

The home club make the rules simple as that.
